Results that prove it

The latest review from my friend's aunt:

Prior to using the ageLOC Boost, she used to visit the beauty salon for PRP Treatment or also known as Vampire Facials once every two months for her pigmentation which made it worse.

"The vampire facial, also known as microneedling with PRP, is a cosmetic procedure that involves drawing blood from your arm, separating platelets and applying them back onto your face" - Source

After 2 weeks break from using the previous skincare and treatment, she started using the ageLOC Boost with supplementations - ageLOC Y-Span and R2. Take a look at her barefaced skin today!

Hi merry goers,

When it comes to skincare, I've always been pretty basic, especially with my crazy hectic schedule. I needed a regime that takes me from bed to work the fastest possible. So it's normally - cleanse, tone, and moisturize at the minimum and whenever necessary I would add some serums or masks into my routine.

Ever since I started using the ageLOC LumiSpa in my cleansing routine which is just a lifesaver when it comes to getting my skin cleansed in just 2 minutes, electronic beauty devices have changed the way I looked at skincare.

Hence, when Nu Skin launched the ageLOC Boost, I was definitely excited to give it a try. Especially when it promises to help the skin get brighter, plumper, and bouncier in just two minutes a day. The ageLOC Boost uses Variable Pulse Microcurrent Technology which addresses issues like signs of premature aging, pigmentation, and dehydration.

HIGH-TECH BEAUTY

It's super smart! Using variable pulse technology, the ageLOC Boost device sends intermittent pulses to the skin eight times per second. What’s interesting is that these pulses are charge-balanced and switch between positive to negative charges every 2.4 seconds.

Paired with the ageLOC Boost Activating Treatment, it’s important to use them together as the micro-currents from the device optimizes and activates the formula, which is made from three main components:

• Spotless Concentrate: A mix of vitamin C, vitamin B3 (niacinamide) and sea daffodil extract that combined can help combat skin discoloration in a variety of ways.
• Plumping Blend: Four different types of hyaluronic acids, apple extract, lentil fruit extract, and watermelon rind extract for plumper, bouncier skin.
• ageLOC Blend®: The brand’s proprietary blend that has anti-aging properties

An intuitive interface

Created in partnership with an award-winning world-renowned design firm, the ageLOC Boost is created for optimal hygiene and is ergonomically designed. All I need is two minutes in the morning, 3 pumps of the serum onto the head of the ageLOC Boost, and apply it evenly on my face.

With just one swipe, this small hand-held device is activated and then glides over my face in an upward motion. At one minute, the device pauses to dispense 3 pumps of serum again and repeat the process on the other half of my face

On-The-Go Beauty Wand

It's that easy! The fact that the ageLOC Boost is so small and compact, it is so convenient to just bring it on the go and use it anytime, anywhere. Weighing in at a lightweight 68 grams, this is a device that can easily travel with you on the go. One full charge (around four and a half hours) using the smart magnetic charger lasted me up to roughly three weeks,

Effective and Efficient

So what happens after I use it long enough? I have been using the ageLOC Boost for the past year and I think pictures speak a thousand words so here's my personal result after using the ageLOC Boost:

In a 12-week study conducted on Asian females between 25 and 40 years of age, Nu Skin found that there were significant improvements in radiance, the evenness of skin tone, firmness, texture, and plumpness of the skin.

If you’ve been feeling like your skin is a little lackluster during the MCO, perhaps this may perk you up. Use it day or night as part of your regular skincare routine, followed by a moisturizer and suncare (if used during the daytime).

The Nu Skin Ageloc Boost is priced at RM1,280 on official Nu Skin website.

Anthocyanins are a type of flavonoid—compounds that are found in plants, fruits, and vegetables and can act as antioxidants. These anthocyanin compounds are what provide red, blue, and purple colors to all your favorite fruits, vegetables, and even flowers. And it turns out they do more than just make these foods look pretty—they also have a lot of health benefits, too!

If you’ve never heard of anthocyanins before, you’re not alone!

Anthocyanins have only recently started gaining popularity as researchers try to figure out what health benefits these interesting molecules provide. So far, the research behind anthocyanins indicates that they may help support various aspects of our health.

HOW DO I GET MORE ANTHOCYANINS IN MY DIET?

Nutrition surveys have shown that we do not get enough of these colorful compounds in our diet. So, what can we do to change that? One simple idea is to look for more color when we go to the supermarket to get our groceries. Instead of just buying the same old frozen vegetables we might normally get, we could spend some time walking around the fresh produce section to look for these wonderfully colored foods.

Berries, like blueberries and strawberries (often available both fresh and frozen), eggplants, purple cabbage, black rice, and other foods are very common at most grocers and are an easy place to start. Anthocyanins are amazing compounds, and we are excited for what future research will show us about other potential benefits of getting more of them in our diets.

Foods that contain anthocyanins include strawberries, blueberries, bilberries, purple cabbage, purple carrots, black rice, and many others. Even though many of us know how important it is to eat a rainbow of different colored foods, these colorful foods are missing in many diets in countries around the world. Research also indicates that increasing our intake of anthocyanins may provide certain health benefits.

Some potential benefits include providing antioxidant, cardiovascular, and gut health support, although these are only a few examples of the many incredible properties of these compounds.

Antioxidant Health

Antioxidants are compounds that help to neutralize the potentially damaging effects of unstable molecules inside our bodies called free radicals. If we are exposed to, or if our body produces too many of these free radicals, it is hard for our body’s internal antioxidant network to keep up. So, it’s important that we get some of these beneficial compounds from our diets.

Typically, we think of the most common antioxidants, like vitamins C and E, but there are many other compounds that act as antioxidants including anthocyanins. Numerous studies have revealed that anthocyanins have antioxidant capabilities and can inhibit the damaging effects of reactive oxygen species.

Cardiovascular Health

Cardiovascular health refers to the health of our heart and blood vessels, i.e., our circulatory system. This important system is responsible for delivering nutrients and oxygen all throughout the body. We should always be looking for ways to help improve and support our cardiovascular health. One simple way is to include more anthocyanins in our diets.

In studies that have looked at lifestyle habits of large populations of people, those who included more anthocyanins in their diet were shown to have a positive correlation with better cardiovascular health.

All aspects of personal health and hygiene are important, but if there is one that perhaps is most commonly forgotten or neglected, it is your skin. For humans, our skin is our frontline defense: it is the main barrier protecting the inside of the body from a harsh external environment. Thus, when your skin is damaged, it can let in certain irritants that can cause problems both mild and serious. That’s why Nu Skin developed ageLOC LumiSpa: a facial device and skin refining system that provides a revolutionary way to simultaneously treat and cleanse your skin.

WHAT IS AGELOC LUMISPA?

ageLOC LumiSpa is the first-of-its-kind, dual-action, skincare system that gently--yet deeply--cleanses and revives skin appearance in just two minutes, twice daily. Invented by Nu Skin and dermatologist tested, LumiSpa was inspired by studies on skin protein production.

The ageLOC LumiSpa system has three key features:

1. The device — a rechargeable, handheld, facial cleansing device that simultaneously treats and deep cleans the face when used with specially formulated cleansers.

2.  Treatment heads — choose between Gentle, Normal, and Firm treatment heads. With non-abrasive silicone surfaces containing antimicrobial silver, the cleansing brush heads are more hygienic than most competitor products.

3.  Treatment cleansers — there are five treatment cleanser options for ageLOC LumiSpa, each designed for different skin types: dry, normal/combination, oily, acne-prone, and sensitive skin. This means you can tailor your LumiSpa experience to fit your skincare regimen and have it work for you.

LumiSpa delivers seven skin benefits, including softness, smoothness, radiance, clarity, purified skin, reduced pore appearance, and improved appearance of volume and density.

All were proven in a  12-week study, in which participants noticed some improvements after a single use and further improvements over the course of 12 weeks. By the end of the study, the clinical grader saw statistically significant improvements in all test groups. Yet our latest research has shown that this incredible system is also gentle to the skin’s microbiome.

A third-party clinical lab was commissioned to evaluate the impact of three LumiSpa combinations on the skin’s microbiome. After four hours post-use, there was little to no change in the microorganism population compared to baseline.

For optimal results, use the facial cleansing device for two minutes, both morning and night. Check out more ageLOC LumiSpa device and system benefits by signing up for a FREE Demo
