The Tiny Temptress Artisan Patisserie | Sri Petaling

Cafe hopping time again merry goers and I am sure you would love this cafe! The Tiny Temptress Artisan Patisserie located at Sri Petaling is definitely a must visit cafe for their super adorable and yummy desserts that would capture your heart. Definitely living up to the name, Wendy sure is a Tiny Temptress behind all these masterpiece. Thanks to the lovely Stella for asking me along to check out this adorable cafe which I would love to go back to try out more of their sweet treats.
Now if you know me well, I am really not much of a sweet treat kinda gal but more of the spicy savory kind but let me tell you that all these sweets really converted me! Stepping into the cafe, I loved the minimalist decor plus they have an outdoor seating area too which has great natural lighting. Trust me because both me and Stella took tons of photos that we literally had to control ourselves! Take a look at all the sweet treats we got and you would totally understand why my phone is now bombarded with tons of photos waiting to be posted on my Instagram page.
We got three huge trays filled with sweet treats that we did not even know where to start. First of all, they all looked so pretty and adorable and cute and just so tempting! You know how nowadays, when you go to cafe and get cakes most of the time we would see those slices of cakes cut out from a huge cake? Well, you will not see those cake slices here because each cake were individually made and also went through a lot of steps and processes.
The Bear Necessity (RM14) reminds me of Jungle Book's trademark song 'Bare Necessity' and you definitely have to try it because it is just soooo good! Imagine Oolong mousse with a passion fruit Belgium milk chocolate ganache and a crunchy biscuit base. Only one problem would be both me and Stella were staring at the cute bear and did not know how to dig in. How on earth are we supposed to cut into that adorable face?
Get The Sweetheart (RM14) if you are into something lighter on your palates because this yogurt mousse with raspberry gelee, Belgium milk chocolate and biscuit base would capture your heart. We fell in love with it because of the super light and airy texture plus that milk chocolate just adds that subtle creaminess to it. This sweet dessert was made in stages with the light yogurt mousse and the addition of the heart shaped raspberry gelee so you can see how much love they have when making the dessert.
Chocolate lovers you will literally feel like you are on Cloud 9 (RM14) with this dessert because it is super duper creamy and so chocolat-ey! Just imagine brulee marshmallow with light whipped Belgium chocolate marzipan, chocolate streusel and bittersweet chocolate ganache. All that chocolate wil be certain to send you straight up to chocolate heaven. It is so super rich and you can taste the contrast from the sweetness from the sticky brulee marshmallow with the bittersweet chocolate. Even I, myself who is a super picky chocolate eater fell in love with it BUT I would have to share it because it can get too rich for my liking.
Next up, the Tarte Au Citron Meringuee (RM13) which is a tangy sweet lemon meringue tart. I LOVE THIS DESSERT! Sweet and sour are just right up my alley with smooth lemon curd with less sweet Italian meringue and Lime zest. I love the slightly torched meringue on the top and seriously, if you love lemon meringue tarts, you will seriously love this.
The Temptress (RM16) is the star best seller of this quaint cafe with the Raspberry curd, rose whipped almond cream. Yes, you read that right! Rose whipped almond cream which tasted so good. The light aroma and fragrance from the rose really uplifted the whole dessert. Now I know how it is called the Temptress because it just tempts you to keep having a bite at it. Now savor it slowly and let the rose cream just fill your mouth. Gosh it's good!
The Tiny Temptress have always been famous for the macarons even before they started a physical cafe on their own so of course we had to try their macarons! They even have a Salted Egg Yolk Macaron (RM10) which looks like a sunny side up egg itself! Not only that, look at the adorable Teddy Macaron which has dark chocolate ganache filling. I was seriously just nibbling around the edges before 'killing' poor teddy. No matter what, GET THEIR MACARONS!
As of now, their hands are too tied up for customized orders but just take a look at this macaron tower that Wendy made for a customer that day. Seriously so pretty, I wouldn't mind having a macaron tower for my birthday instead of the traditional cake. On the other hand, I might not even have the heart to pluck that macaron off the tower.
For those of you who are dessert lovers at heart, make sure you stop by Tiny Temptress Artisan Patisserie for a whirlwind dessert time. If you are thinking that the price can be a bit on the hefty price, let me tell you that it is worth it not only because of the ingredients used but also for the time and effort needed to make all these individuals treats!
