Time for another #MiriamEats post and this time it's some really super duper cute buns! I am sure many of you love Chinese dim sum because I know for sure I love dim sum but how many of you have tried bun-like-dim sum?

If you have been following my blog, you might remember me blogging about Bites at Lakefields, Sg. Besi. They serve some of the most amazing all-day-long breakfast and now they have expanded to Bandar Puteri Puchong with BITES Bakery Cafe! When I heard that they were launching some new buns, I couldn't resist checking them out especially since they are just located across the street from my office.

Just look at these buns! Seriously super cute miniature buns and served in the bamboo trays really mimic the Chinese dim sum. These cute dimsum style buns are really very creative and I love how I can try several types of buns instead of being full on a huge bun. These are definitely buns made for sharing.

They have a huge variety of buns ranging from sweet to savoury. For those of you who have more of a sweet tooth, make sure to try their Oyaki which is seriously so good. Filled with cream cheese filling, these are a cheese lover's dream come true. My favourite have got to be the Matcha Oyaki and the Cranberry Cheese Oyaki. They are seriously super good but if you are more of a chocolate fan please make sure you get a hold of the Oreo Oyaki or the Chocolate Banana Oyaki!

These two super adorable buns are actually the White Chocolate Bunny Bun and the Dark Chocolate Smiley Bun! Don't they just put a smile on your face?

Get your hands on the savoury selection as well from the Chicken Mushroom Oyaki which is just super creamy mushroom and chicken filling and their variety of Butter Buns with ham and tuna fillings. 

You can get these adorable buns in two sizes! For only RM4.90 (Small basket | 4 pcs) and RM9.90 (Big basket | 9 pcs). These buns come in a larger size to at RM3.90 per piece! Trust me, even one large piece would fill you especially with the cream cheese. They are so generous with the filling.

Try their fresh blend of juices and milkshakes too! Look how cute the milkshake is with a cute donut on the top. We were just joking that when you order a milkshake, you will get a free donut!

Here's a sneak peak at what Bites Bakery Cafe have in store! This super crazy sweet pizza. The toppings will surely give you sugar rush with Chocolate and Peanut and the most bizarre Chicken Floss, Chocolate, Cheese and Condensed Milk flavor! I do hope they will be launched soon so you can try them out because it sure isn't something you can get anywhere.

How many of you love using Aloe Vera products? I know for a fact my sister is a epic fan of using aloe vera gel and can finish up tubs of her favourite aloe veral gel from Nature Republic. My favourite product out of the Aloe Vera series is the ALOE VERA MOISTURE REAL Soothing Gel Mist (RM29.90). It is seriously my favourite mist that I have tried so far. Mists are really very useful especially in this weather because it helps cool your skin with just one spray. Sometimes it is not very convenient to carry out the whole tub of aloe vera gel but this is like a 2-in-1 aloe vera gel mist that not only helps to cool your skin but also replenish the moisture loss in your skin. I love how I can easily bring it around with me and use it any time I need. Just put it in my bag and I am ready to face the hot day ahead.

Of course their signature product is the ALOE VERA MOISTURE REAL Soothing Gel (RM18.90) which 98% California Organic Aloe Vera Base Extract plus it is FREE from 6 skin-irritating elements:

I love using the aloe vera gel as a night mask! I normally place it in the fridge 30 minutes before I use it and lather a nice generous layer on my face. Ahhh.. seriously in this weather, the cooling aloe vera gel not only makes me feel so fresh but also leaves me with a super moisturized face in the morning. Works really well as a sleeping mask and so much more affordable too! The consistency of the product is similar to the one from Nature Republic and surprisingly has a similar scent to it too.

Do you know you can actually use this product from head to toe? If you have split ends, just apply some of it on the ends of your hair and your problems will be solved. Not only that, you can use it as an eye pack, pore pack, for nail care and even for aftershave treatment! It really helps to soothe your skin.

I was actually browsing around some room and house rental sites for a friend of mine who is looking for a place to stay because her current location is seriously too tiring for her to commute. Being stuck in traffic for nearly an hour to and back from work has made her reach her limit but she was stuck with it because of the 1 year rental contract. Since her lease term was coming to an end, she have been looking for a place which has better facilities with easy commute plus within her budget range. That's when I came to know about TrupCotel.

TrupCotel is actually a one-stop property to tenant matching service aiming to ease rental process for young executives. They provide rental with a just minimum length of lease of 1 week with NO ADDITIONAL payment and NO 3 months upfront deposit! There is only a low deposit of RM390.00. Currently, they only have properties in KL Centre which are really gorgeous apartments! Seriously they are located at really easily accessible locations plus the amenities are just amazing. They offer apartment units in prime location, including KLCC, from as low as RM400/week, all fully furnished and all you have to do it to pack and move in! I guess you can say that TrupCotel is made for executives who are looking for that dream place to stay. Just imagine that your monthly rental includes weekly housekeeping! Say yay to that. With such a busy schedule, it is often difficult to do our own housekeeping but when you are with TrupCotel, you get weekly housekeeping too. Not only that, just count in your monthly WiFi bills, electricity bills, water bills, gas bills, maintenance bills.... all of these bills are included in your monthly rent at one price!

You know how sometimes you are not sure if you would really like staying at a particular location, the minimum one week tenancy period is just perfect for that. Hello my dear merry goers! Yet another week is coming to an end and oh boy have I been waiting for the weekends. My sister will be back for her semester break and we have been planning for a short vacation. Unfortunately since she was not here during the previous MATTA Fair, we were unable to secure any good deals. Today I am going to share with you yet another great place to get cheap travel deals and even last minute deals too!

I was actually doing some online shopping when I came across VoucherCodes which seemed to be yet another online voucher site. I realized that the site really had many categories of products and services that had vouchers and great deals. Voucher sites are starting to be a necessity especially with so many people who have started shopping online. With so many virtual stores, there can never be enough vouchers to satisfy everyone.

So far I don't think I have come across any voucher sites with deals for Books & Education as well as Domains & Hosting. Honestly since I have been back, I realized that there have been so many voucher and deal sites popping up. I will later post up my Top 5 favourite sites for great deals and vouchers soon. I was about to close the site when I saw the word last minute hotel deals that attracted my attention. Since I have been browsing around for good travel deals, I guess there was no harm in looking into what deals does Voucher Codes have. 

Right under the Travel & Holiday section were tons of travel deals which seriously tempted me. Since I was initially planing to go to Langkawi for a short trip with either my family or friends, I decided to check out what cheap hotel deals were there on Agoda. Luxury hotels at half rate sure sounds like a catchy promotion so I do hope I will be able to get some good deals.

Clicking on Activate Deal led me straight to the Agoda website where a list of top travel destinations were listed and yup Langkawi was on the list as well.

I then searched for my tentative travel date and a few recommended hotels popped up which seemed really decent for a group of five. I also did my search on Expedia Malaysia which was also linked at VoucherCodes. It's great how convenient it is to search for cheap hotels and travel deals using VoucherCode. I have secured my vacation plans this coming June so what about you? Go on to Voucher Codes and check out the deals there.
