MH Soutions Poopoil Kerengga Chocolate Shake and Tablet Diet Supplement Review

With all the good food that has been entering me recently, I definitely have to still stay in shape. A friend of mine introduced me to Kerengga, by MH Solutions which is a supplement intended to help you lose weight. The name was kinda cute because you know how ants have super slim waist? I'm guessing that's where the inspiration of the name came from. 

There are two different products that Kerengga offers - a Chocolate Shake and also a Chocolate Tablet. Both is designed to increase your body metabolism and recommended to be consumed together. 

KERENGGA CHOCOLATE SHAKE




One box of the Kerengga Chocolate Shake comes with 15 sachets (20g) which contains ingredients supposedly to reduce your cravings. The ingredients include cocoa powder, milk-free creamer, oligo, Guarana extract, Garcinia Cambogia, Citrus Aurantium and Vitamin C. These are popular ingredients which have been used to help burn off fats at the stomach, arm and thigh areas. 


How to Consume: 
1. Mix one sachet of Kerengga Chocolate Shake with 200ml of cold water (avoid hot water)
2. Shake it until the powder is fully mixed with water.
3. Take the one sachet per day, after breakfast.


It's actually super easy to consumer the Kerengga Chocolate Shake as you can take it as your meal replacement as well. Best not to skip breakfast because you need some form of food for the product to burn.


The Kerengga Chocolate Shake claims to help burn 950 calories which is equivalent to one hour of running or hitting the gym. Additional benefits include 10 times increase in energy and makes your skin glow. Also, it claims not to cause any heart palpitation or increase in heartbeat which some weight loss products do. POOPOIL KERENGGA CHOCOLATE TABLET






The sidekick of the Kerengga Chocolate Shake is the Poopoil Kerengga Chocolate Tablet. With 15 individual sachets of a 1000mg chocolate tablet, ingredients include isomalt, cocoa powder, milk powder and lecithin chitosan.

The Poopoil Kerengga Chocolate Treat claims to help eliminate 40% of oil in our body, reduce bad cholesterol, prevent toxins from accumulating and also help in weight loss. One to two tablets are advised to be consumed every day before your meal.
