Tender and succulent, the meat just slides off the bones. These must be one of the best beef ribs I've had in a while and definitely worth it. It just melts in my mouth and even though it was slightly cold by the time we took photos it still tasted amazing. You do not need any sauce to pair with the meat and it matched up to its name - Heavenly!
Heavenly Lamb (RM530)
- Persian Style Braised Lamb Shoulder
- Mediterranean Lamb Shank
- Persian Style Lamb Leg
If you are more of a lamb fan, get the Heavenly Lamb platter which has the Persian Style Braised Lamb Shoulder, Mediterranean Lamb Shank and Persian Style Lamb Leg. Definitely will satisfy any lamb lover especially the lamb shank so tender and succulent.
