#MiriamEats Restaurant Zam Ikan Bakar Cyberjaya

Hey merry goers,

I hope you're hungry because I've got a good food spot to share with all of you. If you're a fan of Ikan Bakar, you definitely want to pay this super awesome and affordable eatery in Cyberjaya. To those of you not from Cyberjaya, let me assure you that it's worth the visit! 

Located at CBD Perdana 2, Cyberjaya just down the road from D'Pulze Mall you will spot many people queuing by the corridor amidst billows of smoke in the air. Be careful not to breathe in too deeply, as the spices from the marinated seafood grilling on the open stove might just make you cough and sneeze.

There are two seating area: Indoor and Outdoor. Peak time is lunch hour so either go before 12pm or after 2pm but I recommend come earlier otherwise the dishes might be gone. 

It was a sight to behold with the amount of seafood grilling before your eyes stingray, catfish, mackerel, squid, cockles, and more, and are freshly grilled daily! My mouth just started salivating as I watch the handy chefs at work. Make sure to keep your eyes sharp on the prize as once these seafood are grilled, they are snatched up by hungry vultures like yourself too. Pairing with the grilled seafood, there's kuah ikan bakar (outdoor grill), kuinin sambal belacan, sambal belacan, kuah asam, sambal kicap and sos thai.

What did we order for 4pax:

Grilled Stingray | Fish Eggs | Grilled Mega Squid | White Rice | Kerabu | Drinks

All I can say is, this was worth queuing for table and for our fishes from the grill. The marinade was top notch and the seafood was grilled to perfection. You definitely have to order the stingray 'Ikan Pari' and the squid. If you're more of a fried fan, get the Sotong Salut Tepung Goreng (Deep Fried Squid) which was also a popular option. 

If you're in a rush and can't wait for your food to be grilled, check out the wide range of ready-to-eat local dishes like the Kerabu which I aimed for or the Gulai Ikan, Ayam Masak Merah, Ayam Goreng Berempah and much more. 

Payment wise, once you're seated one of the waiter will come to your table and tabulate your total meal which you pay at the counter once you're done eating. In total 4 pax it came up to RM60+ which was really reasonable seeing how the four of us actually had difficulties finishing the food. 

This is definitely the best grilled seafood in a Cyberjaya restaurant and I would definitely come back to try more of their other dishes and seafood.
