Anchor PizzArt Food Trail @ Finale Kitchen Bar, Segamat Johor

Cheese lovers, hang on to your seats because I'm going to bring you with me on the PizzArt Food Trail all the way to Finale Kitchen Bar, Segamat Johor! Anchor Food Professionals once again launched a nationwide campaign showcasing their wide selection of dairy products which of course includes my all-time favourite CHEESE.

This time, they launched the PizzArt Campaign where several artisan pizza were created using Anchor products. These pizza creations will be available at participating F&B brands around Malaysia. This time round, they brought me to Segamat, Johor to try out 3 of their artisan creations. 

Nestled in Segamat, Johor you will find Finale Kitchen Bar which is one of the entertainment hubs in the little town of Segamat. Don't look down on this fine establishment as they serve not only the artisan pizza using Anchor dairy products but also they have a wine cellar in-house too. 

But let's not get our attention distracted and focus back on our main highlight for today: Anchor Artisan Pizza Creations!

First up, we have the Cheese Pretzza (RM8.90). For a pretzel fan like myself, this was a delight. This Pretzza is the combination of well... Pizza + Pretzel. Filled within the Cheese Pretzza is Tuna mixed with Anchor Cream Cheese, Anchor Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Anchor Colby and Cheddar Cheese and Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream. It was a mini Pretzel Pizza stuffed with loads of tuna filling.

Crispy and light with the aroma of the well baked cheddar cheese, this was a filling snack. My personal twist would be to replace the tuna with maybe something more meaty because... well I personally am not really a tuna pizza fan. However, this was definitely an example of how creative you can get with pizza. 

Next, we were served with PizzBurger (RM12.90). Though the name could have a better ring to it, cut open this PizzBurger and reveal mouthwatering, tantalizing grilled meat patty stuffed with Anchor Mozzarella Shredded Cheese and Cheddar Cheese. The cheese just oozes out when you cut into it and oh-boy, don't I want to add even more! 

The PizzBurger is served with tomato sauce which brings out the pizza flavors in the PizzBurger. The meat patty was well flavoured with the cheese stuffing and definitely a very filling meal. Tomato sauce on the other hand, I would prefer it to be cooked down a bit more so that the consistency is thicker. 

Finally, the Pizza Bombs (RM9.90) which stood tall like a tower. Crispy balls filled with bolognese meat sauce. It's like a burst of pizza in your first bite without any mess of spills. Those of you who like Spaghetti Bolognese, you will definitely enjoy this. But be careful because the filling can be pretty steamy and I sure don't want you to burn yourself. 

Anchor Food Professional sure showcased their products in these artisan pizza creations. PizzArt campaign has started since December 2017 and will end in June 2018. Pizza lovers and foodies can find these artisan pizzas nationwide at participating F&B outlets. The list of outlets are:
