Cosmopolitan HK is one of the largest and highly recognized online fashion & beauty blogging platforms and magazines in Hong Kong. At the end of each year, a voting event is held for major beauty products. Cosmopolitan HK editorial team nominates the top performers in skincare, cosmetics, body care, and other categories, then readers show support to their favorite products through online voting for the “Best of the Best Beauty Awards”, one of the leading publications and awards programs in the beauty industry every year. 

There are two major categories in the vote: "Best of the Best Beauty Brilliance Awards" and "Best of the Best Beauty Awards". The former is the classic or hero series of products over the years; the latter is the brand-new or revamped products launched in Hong Kong from 2019 September to 2020 August. The judges are formed by the senior beauty editors from Cosmopolitan HK who prudently select the candidates; then readers choose their favourites from each category with “one person, one vote”.
